Returns and Refunds
Refund scenario:
You can submit a refund request within 30 days of order completion. Please note that only one dispute can be raised per order. If the product is returned or exchanged due to quality problems(by our error), all costs will be borne by the Bulepods store, and the customer does not need to bear any costs
1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- – Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- – Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please note that 20% restocking fee will be applicable on all returns(excluding product quality issues due to our error)
2. RETURN PROCESS
To request a refund, please send an email to support@bulepods.com and indicate your order number in the subject line and explain the reason for the refund request in the email. We will respond within 24 hours after the consumer sends the email (except weekends)
- If it is a product quality problem, customers need to take photos or record small videos and then email us: support@bulepods.com. We support resending new products or a full refund. The resending time of the new product is the same as the normal delivery time. The full refund will be returned to the customer within 3 business days.
- If you are unable to use or configure the security camera, you can contact our customer support at support@bulepods.com
- If the product described does not match the actual situation, please contact us for the original postal address. If the customer is not clear, you can contact us by email at support@bulepods.com
Note:
Products returned due to discrepancies in description will not charge any fees to consumers.
All costs (including freight, etc.) caused by quality problems are borne by us
3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you sent a product back to us which was not approved for a return by our customer service won’t be refunded.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. EXCHANGESE
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@bulepods.com.
5. DAMAGED or Wrong Product
Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery and make a note of any damage while signing for receipt. If your item(s) arrive damaged, kindly send photos, videos, and a brief description of the damage to support@bulepods.com. We will initiate an insurance claim for you. Photos and videos for shipping damage must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery for the claim to be valid. Any visible exterior damage or punctures should be reported within 72 hours.
6. NON-DELIVERY
If your product hasn’t been received after 30 days, please contact our support team at support@bulepods.com. We will issue a full refund (considering possible delivery extensions due to exceptional circumstances), or offer a 10% compensation and process your return.
7. EXCLUSIONS
Orders with discounts, sale prices, special offers, or purchased using discounts are ineligible for refunds. However, exchanges and store credit are still available for orders falling under these categories.
8. CANCELLATIONS
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer service at support@bulepods.com before 07:00 PM (PST) on the day the order was placed. Remember to provide your order number and contact information when making the request.
If your package is already in transit, we won’t be able to cancel the order for you. In such cases, please reach out to us after receiving the package, and we will provide you with a return label. Once we receive the returned package, we will proceed to cancel your order within 1-2 working days.
